Audible issue

Annoyed with the not compatible features

I don’t want to play for Alexa music or whatever it is just to listen to specific songs my daughter likes so we just use the radio. I absolutely hate that it lies and says “comparable with Spotify” etc but none are actually compatible

I wanted to return the item which had not been used or opened and he would not work with me on it because it was a couple days pastthe 30 day return policy and he could have shown more empathy or been kind about it but he wasnt. So him being inconsiderate and not willing to work with me will stop me from ever shopping at best buy agian and i will definitly tell everyone i know that best buy is terrible and do all i can to talk others out of shopping here
