A true step-saver. Using the Echo Dot is a cost-efficient way to enter the world of assistive technology. I purchased with a connected light bulb. It's fun to 'tell' the light to come on, especially when I have full hands or come into a dark house. I would certainly buy it again.

Not bad, I'd definitely recommend spending a little more money and getting the new gen of it but that's my preference.

Does more than I knew she could..the music doesn't have to be super high fidelity to enjoy as backgound..

The Echo Dot has been on my radar for quite some time. Purchased at Best Buy due to sale price, and picked up at curbside. To my surprise, the purchase included a free gift of an LCD light bulb. Curbside service was quick and friendly, and we will be making future purchases.

Great speaker but I personally don't like it as much as the 3rd gen. You also can't see the LED as well on the 4th gen.

Echo dot 4th generation is a cool design and its very cost effective. With little investment, we can enjoy many features.

A nice mid-range smart speaker. Not too big, decent sound. Like the line input - makes the kitchen speaker sound better.

Everything is pretty nice beside that ugly white cord. Speaker is better than 3rd gen. and response time is a bit quicker.

Good quality audio and mic hears you accurately. Not comfortable with the Manual sound adjustment though.

first one I ever had like it a lot connecting and linking fairly easy

I got this to compliment my full sized 2nd Gen Echo. It does everything that the bigger ones do, just with worse sound. I primarily use it as a smart control for lights and tv, an alarm, and a weather updater. So far no issues with it and if you have Alexa device already, then you know what you're getting. I rated it 4 stars because it comes with a white power cord. If you have the white Echo Dot it's perfect, but I have the black one and the cable is very distracting.

Bought it as a gift after we purchased one for our home. We love having them.

I bought this as a gift for my son for his birthday. I had given him one years ago. It was the tower and he said it was not working well anymore. He said everything is going well and he is enjoying it.

Same great quality you would expect. Only trouble is with Best Buy promising next day delivery and not following through. This has happened twice. One ‘next day delivery’ showed up two weeks later and wouldn’t let you cancel order because it was ‘in transit’.

I love my Alexa, this is one of the most convenient purchases I’ve made. If I ever want to know something or just feel like listening to music on command, then I have it right there. All you have to do is say so. And for the price, you can’t ask for much more. 10/10

Adding more echo devices so we can enjoy music thru the house without it being too loud in any given room.

I bought this to replace the Dot. Speakers are better then the Dot. Plus they look a lot better then a hockey puck.

I have this in my Ben room plays my music smooth love it the sound is great
