We already had the 3rd gen, and was a little worried on getting this.. especially with reviews saying the speakers were worse than the 3rd.. but that is untrue. I feel the speakers are about the same. We are happy with the purchase.

Easy to use and the light is awesome! The speaker is not the best but it will do for the prize

I have used all three big name assistance. All have there strengths. Alexa is most affordable. Google more pricey but seems slightly better made. HomePod best sounding speaker hands down, but most expensive. Alexa has the most comparability.

Like the new design like the ring on the bottom, sound is good minus even less “bass” then Gen 3.

Love Alexa. Love the shape as well. Great sound and great at hearing me even in a noisy area

I like the sound but you need a excellent internet my sometimes don’t connect or act fast.

Great! Exactly what we needed. This is a present for my 1 1 year old so she can control special lights in her room. It's just a bonus that it also can help her with homework and she can listen to my Amazon music. I also got one for my nephew!

I am addicted to the ease and convenience of the Echo devices. This is my first 4th generation dot and while there aren't any significant differences over the 3rd (other than design) I do appreciate being "up-to-date" with their technology.

i gave this to my work bestie on her last day. she tried to give it back to me and I wouldn't let her. i miss her and love her soo much. she loves it. i really hope I can her from her soon

My family uses these speakers everyday and we are happy with the quality of the product. They do need to work on getting Alexa to understand the commands better on a regular basis, but overall good product.

It’s cool my son likes playing blues clues I love the fact that he’s engaged in something without staring blankly at a screen .. jeopardy games for adults set reminders lists ask her what food compliments a wine I mean Alexa can do it all so small it can fit in any space but loud enough to fill the space with sound Oh and curbside was fast

I highly recommend this, the sound is fantastic looks better than tge older one

Bought 2 Echo dots for my granddaughters. There already is one in the household but this is specifically for their rooms. They were very excited, Naturally they were easy to start up and are a hit with a 14 year old and a 12 year old

I love my dot play it everyday, the sound it kicks out seems like I have a big speaker ❤ it

Great size and a decent upgrade. The interface still needs some work in AI
