I have Echo/Alexa all around the house and can not live without them. Music and information at the command of my voice. Finally something that listens to me.

I wanted to love this speaker after owning three of the 3rd gen dots. I really liked the spherical form and was hoping it would be as good or better as my other dots. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment and I returned it after using it for 15 minutes. While playing music, the speaker sounds like absolute garbage compared to my 3rd gen dots. I thought the sound quality was just ok on the 3rd gen, but after hearing the 4th gen, the 3rd gen sound fantastic. The speaker on this model is lifeless and sounds like a cheap bluetooth speaker playing inside a tin can. I decided to give it 2 stars instead of 1 because I do like the style of it and maybe I just received a dud.

Amazon-Echo Dot (4th Gen) is a great Smart speaker with Alexa. Once you connect all your all your Echo Dots you have an instant intercom system throughout your house. LOL

Great device to pair with the others that we have.

Greatly improved sound quality over last version Dot. But countered by much less responsiveness than v3. It works well, but with this I find I have to often repeat myself several times. In fact, Alexa devices in other rooms will sometimes respond instead. But it does work OK and sound is better for listening.

This is our fourth and we enjoy it tremendously. Music, weather, light control, alarm clock, reminders, our personal assistant.

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift and she's happy with it. No complaints at all. I'll probably buy one for my son when they're on sale again.

What can I say. I'm in love with Alexa..lol. Functions super well and is easy to use. I have barely scratched the surface of all the functions available.

IN LOVE WITH MY ECHO DOTS. This is such a great product that Amazon came up with. I have 4 dots, 1 flex, & even purchased my mom 1. I'm so very happy with my dot.

Good deal. I got this deal during Christmas as an addition to my home automation network. Can't complain. Sound quality is OK. It does what it is designed to do.

I love this thing, and I don't mind amazon listening in on every single thing I say. I rather enjoy the fact they know my deepest innermost thoughts on everything!

I purchased this as a housewarming gift for a dear friend. She's having a lot of fun with it as she learns of it's many features. This gift made me a hero!

Family loves talking with and asking alexa questions and love getting music when we ask for certain songs Barely got it still figuring out stuff but love it so far

Loving Alexa and my kids love it too. It was smooth easy to link pandora and alarm on the Alexa. Definitely will recommend it to family and friends.

It is an Amazon Echo product and it was on sale; what more can you ask for. It is a great little device for streaming music.

Had Alexa in a house we rented. Liked it so much we bought our own. We use it every day to turn lights on and off and for general local information like weather.

Christmas present for granddaughter. They have terrible internet where they live. I was coursed about it working. But works great. The baby loves talking to Alexa.

works just as it's supposed to. This is being used in conjunction with another Amazon echo in order to control the lights. Setup is moderately difficult however.
