    So here's the thing- I LOVE having an Alexa. She's very convenient for use and pairs well with different items. My only problem is sometimes she doesn't listen and for whatever reason she recognizes my boyfriend's voice but not mine. I have another Alexa that has the same problem. I do not know why they struggle to understand female voices more but that's my only complaint.

    I like the new sphere shape. Not sure if it understands commands any better than the last gen but seems to work fine.
