Let’s just say my iPhone puts out better quality. Alexa doesn’t answer when I call(just like my kids). I decided to buy one after purchasing the 3rd generation for my dad. Unfortunately, the 3rd generation is hard to find!

The sound is only slightly better than the last version. What bothers me is that I practically have to scream a command before it hears me and that is when I am standing 2 feet from it. Amazon can do better.

Best Buy should inform the customers when they are not sending new items.

Waste of money

It has a lot of static and cuts in and out. The “everywhere” feature works only for a short time. At times it doesn’t even play at all. Always needs to be reset. I think it’s a defect specifically in this item. I have another and it works fine.
