It cannot hear you, you will find yourself repeating your self constantly till you are yelling at it like an idiot. I literally downgraded back to the gen 3 device and it works wonderfully. This just went into the trash because its basically a paper weight that spys on you.

Alexa, when will the Geek Squad arrive?

Unfortunately, Geek Squad doesn't seem to be keeping appointments. They were scheduled twice, and missed the appointment twice. So much for taking time off from work and losing a day's pay.

Always disconnects from WiFi

I have a 3rd generation that’s about 2 years old and it works great. I wanted to return it but its past my return time. I only had it for 30 days. ☹️

BestBuy didn't send the bulb but just the Echo dot. When reached out through chat, they confirmed the pick-up period is over and can't get the bulb.
