Grood product... Alexa is really easy to use......

Slightly smaller than I thought it would be but still produces enough volume for my purposes. My only issue is when I use the play everywhere function with my other alexa product the audio on this one is terrible but working by itself it sounds fine.

Even though the sound is better than the previous dot, it doesn't constantly communicate. For example, I asked alexa what the temperature is today, and I dont get a response. I tried 4 times and she will light up like she is responding, but nothing. I ask alexa why aren't you responding, then she will tell me to go to the help section of the alexa app. At that point forward, she is responding till the next day. I am using Amazon's eero pro 6 mesh network, so you would assume everything would play nice together. I would avoid this product and save for a newer show.

Great idea, if it only worked most of the time. I must have gotten the hard of hearing Alexa. I have to ask multiple time to snooze or turn off alarm. Maybe that's her way of making sure I am awake! I really wish it worked better.

Received this a gift. Hard to throw, doesn't fit in my glove perfectly, it is a bit heavy. I have no idea what the wire is for. It does a wicked fast ball.

It does not have good sound quality I thought it would have better quality than the previous one but it was not like that at the discretion it is not worth it

Good smart speaker, average speaker in terms of sound. I got the speaker for 45 dollars, it’s value for money compared to Apple HomePod.

It crackles a whole lot. I haven’t done anything about it yet but it’s annoying because it won’t pick my voice up when it’s crack-a-lackin’

I actually returned this item. The numbers in the advertisement appear larger than they are. I couldn't see the time from across the room.

I preferred this to my amazing shoe because I liked the clock. Sorry to say, that’s about all I like.

It was not what I was looking for, time was not bright when using as a clock. I returned and got an echo show. I am happier with this purchase.

I'm sure it's a useful product, but we sent it back. The clock is useless, can barely see the numbers even at night.

it tells time. BUT i often have to repeat my request several times before it gets it right. and my request is the same every night. play rain without thunder for 8 hours she will repeat my request and sometimes only pay for a couple of minutes. Very dispointed..it is frustrating.
