Echo Dot has issues

We’ve reset everything possible multiple times and continue to have the problem. Love it when it works but it diesnt work more often than it does. Will be taking it back for a replacement.

The item appears to be very slow in respond to commands, in both Spanish and English. it’s not as practical and efficient as been described.

Sold open products like new

The product was good and I was satisfied. However, one thing I didn't like was the box was open (Not new.) I should have paid the price of the open box amount.

Bad store service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to have amazon replace it because it was registered as a sild product from best buu so i was not able to use it and had to send it to amazon because best buy did not do their job. I will not be purchsing from best buy any longer. It is not my responsibility to ensure my product is registered as sold. Thank goodness it was a gift to me or to someone. Plus no one in the store answers the phone.

Clock light is very low and hard to see

Ticked me off so I gave it away to friend for graduation gift. I like the AirPods tho. They were recommended by my librarian!! I have had Apple forever I’ll get over it tho.

Echo dot without a clock

The one I purchased did not have a clock as I had ordered two with a clock on December 8th and still have not received them so I purchased this at the store so I had something to put under the tree. It was a gift. Perhaps you could help expedite the order I have not yet received.

Disappointed...

I say "alexa" and have to say it several times after most days. I dont recommend buying this product. Im disappointed.
