The volume is really low. It only changes song using voice for Amazon music.

Very useful. I like the Clock on the front. Its also louder than the previous version. Sounds are more clear and crisp.

This product has an amazing sound for such a small item. It is like a verbal and musical robot. You can have it play news reports or symphonies. It saves time as I have it play something I would read but too busy to do.

Great sound I love that in the way you can adjust everything you know through the app on your phone so it's no problem I think anybody would enjoy this product in their home. As always Alexa is great

Hands down and head and shoulders better than Apple’s HomePod mini. I purchased both, however, returned the Apple product due to Alexa being more responsive and crisp than Siri. On top of that the sound on this speaker is much louder and clearer than the HomePod mini.

I love the clock! This was a great way to finally replace my old alarm clock that I used. All the features of Alexa and a clock. I don't need a video screen, just the basics was fine.

I had a clock radio and an Amazon Dot on the nightstand. Purchased this dot to replace both. Freed up the space that the clock radio was occupying. Sounds better than the clock radio did. This dot also changed time automatically when we went into DST.

I love this little device, I used to have the original one and decided to upgrade to this one. It’s very helpful because I have in my room and I can see the time and do not have to buy an extra clock. It works so well with my lifestyle I just love it

We have a large house and use Alexa as a safety net…there for intercom, and 911 as well as music and “look up” questions. The time clock is handy not only to see the time (without asking) but also as a subtle night light.

Great for the bedroom. Alexa sets alarms, tells you the weather, and plays “sleep music” through amazon music. It was out of stock EVERYWHERE after Black Friday. They were back in stock the week or so after, not even Amazon had them in stock until January.

The Echo Dot (4th Gen) works just as advertised. Sound quality, in my opinion, is only slightly better than the previous Echo Dot with clock, but it is certainly adequate for a device of this size and purpose. Had no trouble integrating it into our system.

I have no complaints with this. it works as advertised. I'm using this along with an Echo 8 and they both communicate with each other well. It listens well, I don't have to yell and it hear and understand me without any issues.

Love this as it turns lights and other appliances on and off via voice and through the app. It is all in one with the clock. I’ve purchase the one without the clock and should have gotten 2 of these instead. Highly recommend

Awesome device. The numerical display is particularly useful for kitchen timers I’ve found. Excellent sound quality for the the size of the speaker and a significant improvement over previous generation Dots. I own several full size Echos as well and I’d be hard pressed to justify the premium if I’d known how good this thing was before buying. Some glitches with the Alexa functionality, but I like it better than the Google equivalent.

Had 2 of the gen 3 DOTs and needed a new one for the bedroom. Like the DOTs and this item works fine and sound quality seems slightly better than gen 3 version. Would recommend.

I love my alexa device. I use it to listen to the radio (through iheartradio) while I sleep. I can program it through the Alexa app on my phone and control it while I'm away. I also love how this model has a digital clock feature.
