I sometimes have to repeat commands. I don't know if it's because of the volume level or an interruption in my internet connection.

Connectivity issues can be frustrating, and it sounds like you’ve gone above and beyond trying to resolve them. To help, it is recommend ensuring that your Wi-Fi network is compatible with the device (2.4GHz networks often work better than 5GHz for smart devices) and checking that your router is updated.
