    Great item and so useful!! We have always shopped at Best Buy and haven’t been disappointed yet. Their customer service is totally awesome as well as their store staff whom have assisted and provided great advice!!

    Had a few intermittent issues with it losing connection and will have to reboot echo but is few and far between functions great most of the time. Got it on sale 25 dollars wouldn't recommend at normal retail price though.

    Works as expected. Once it was set up, it made finding out random info, as well as asking it to turn off a light - quite fun.
