    The echo dot is well worth the money. I purchased 2 so I can connect them throughout the house with my echo show 8.

    Amazon continues to improve the Echo Dots and this is the best of all. It's almost magical how good the sound is for such a small speaker and the response time is very fast. I own two of the third generations and they have been great but this new 5th generation is an amazing thing. I hope that it remains reliable.
