This smart speaker has been a very nice addition to my home. The sound quality is surprisingly good for its size, with clear voices and enough bass for music, podcasts, and radio. The microphone picks up my voice even with background noise, so controlling lights, timers, and routines is very convenient. Setup through the app was quick and simple, and it works well with the rest of my smart devices. For the price, it offers excellent value and functionality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a compact smart speaker.

Great sound quality from such a little speaker. I have 4 throughout the home, including our shed. All synced together, so I have music as I go from room to room, or I can select the individual room. Also connected to our ring cameras, with notifications announcement on each one. Nonetheless , I am very happy with them.

This little Echo Dot has made my life a bit easier. I added a few smart plugs and use this little dot to turn on my lights, turn out my lights, play music, give me the weather and alert me of impending bad weather. Basic, when it can do so much more, but a great asset to making my life more efficient. I appreciate!

The AMAZON ECHO DOT "Alexa" SMART SPEAKER is somewhat better than the Google Home Mini Speaker in sound quality and in responses given. I tested three of each brand placed throughout my house for 6 months, and I prefer the AMAZON ECHO DOT "Alexa" speaker for SOUND QUALITY and for it's emergency calling feature which not only CALLS the designated person but also sends them a TEXT MESSAGE which the Google Speaker does not do.

Wasn't really sure what this was but after I bought a washer, best buy gave me $100 gift card. My wife bought this. We use it all the time for information, alarms, reminders, and music, My 86 year old MIL was fascinated by it. We went back and bought her one as well. They only cost about $50. She is really enjoying it and usees it for a host of things. 2 happy customers. Every household should have one.

works great, just as expected. The ink has lasted much longer than I had expected. The scanning is a little slow, but I can live with that. Overall it is a great value.

I needed to add a new dot to a new room and this was great. It still gives me everything I need, plus I love the round design. It was easy to order online from my mobile app and the delivery was fast.

Like this new version lots of good sounds from it. This product also came with a light bulb that turns different colors and is easy to set up with your Amazon app. Amazon didn't offer the light bulb so better deal with Best Buy.

I bought this echo as a gift for someone else. She LOVES it and it was the perfect introduction to the technology world. Her husband was skeptical, but when he learned he can turn on the lights via Alexa, he is sold!!
