It is the best assistant as far as understanding voice commands. My problem is with the integration of some of my smart devices. I just realized that it doesn't work with ROKU in my region. In addition the integration with the air conditioner works.... sometimes

In regards to connection issues with your air conditioner, here are a few troubleshooting tips for you to try to resolve the issue: 1. Check that your device has a strong internet connection. 2. If your device set up uses the Alexa app, please check that you have the latest version of the app. 3. Restart your Echo device-Unplug it from power, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. 4. If none of these steps help or if you are having problems registering the device, reset your Echo device to clear up most issues. If you are still having issues with the functionality of the Echo Dot, Amazon Customer service is available 24/7 for assistance on the device. You can reach them at 1-888-280-4331. My one experience with Amazon tech “support” was horrible and I ended up figuring out how to solve the problem myself. Sound quality is a dud. And no, Alexa, I don’t want to subscribe to Amazon music so please stop asking.

The added bonus of a free trial of Amazon Music was impossible to activate despite calls to both Best Buy and Amazon.

The other sporadically. It would unpair itself and I would have to initiate a startup again. I am hoping it's an anomaly and will correct itself eventually. Here's hoping.
