Going in the wrong direction
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the look of the new dot (globe) more than the old dot (puck), but the microphone doesn’t seem to pick up my voice nearly as well. I’d say that the old design is more effective even though the new one has the better aesthetics.

Couldnt even give me a time frame of when i can pick it up. This is ridiculous. Nothing wrong with product (since i havent receied it) best buy is the issue

I buy two and both not conect to ther brands bluetooth Waste over two hour speaking by phone with amazon echo tech support and they can't resolve in anything

Not happy with item or Best Buy

Also when I bought this from Best Buyer during the holidays by mail, they had promised to include an Amazon bulb, which I never got because they expected me to go pick it up at a Best Buyer a long way from my home, my purchase was supposed to come through the mail.
