It was on sale for $25, so I'm not upset about the purchase, but the sound could be enhanced with a small sub.

I went to two different locations and exchanged the item multiple times. The item itself would not connect to the internet for anything no matter what I tried to do

Connectivity issues can be frustrating, and it sounds like you’ve gone above and beyond trying to resolve them. To help, it is recommend ensuring that your Wi-Fi network is compatible with the device (2.4GHz networks often work better than 5GHz for smart devices) and checking that your router is updated.
