I have had older generations of Amazon drives for a while now and decided it was time to start replacing them. The sound quality and the responsiveness is way better then the older models so the difference for me was night and day.

My third correction fourth echo and they all rock. Especially like integrating it with Audigy for my local radio stations. When you’re bored, try playing 20 questions with Alexa, she is, surprisingly accurate.

Love to hear music, turn my lights on and off at my request. My wake up alarm and cooking alarm time. Great for spelling and any question on just about any subject. And so much more. Can not deal without my Alexa.

Awesome eco dot. I have 4- 4th generation and 2-3rd generation dots and now this 5th generation. This was at a great deal. I love the deep blue sea color. I would recommend this

We have this in our bedroom to help control our smart lights at night and play our music while sleeping. It was a fantastic purchase for what we wanted.

The Echo Dot responds immediately to voice commands, to play music, and raising or lowering volume. Ads are played between songs, some requested songs are not free. Amazon requires a subscription. You can request music be played through Pandora with no fees.

Great sound and it is worth the upgrade with the new sensors for temperature and motion. It’s even better of a deal if you can catch it on sale.

It actually works great for me when it comes to putting out my time for medications that time alarms music that I like etc.
