    The staff member who assisted me was patient, knowledgeable and professional, I left with a much better and clearer understanding of the differences as well as being very satisfied with my purchase. I plan on purchasing another Alexa.

    Good sound quality. Work says I would expect an Alexa to work. My 10-year-old seems to have the most fun with her.

    Very easy to set up. I will suggest having a router with 2.4ghz option so that you can sync with smart bulbs or any other device that recommends 2.4ghz. :)

    Alexia smart speaker 5 is much better sounding than the previous generations. I own all 5 generations of the Alexia speaker this one is my favorite.
