I love that it works as a speaker, an alarm, and I can also talk to my kids through it when they don't answer their phone at home.

We often use them for music and radio talk shows while cooking. I must say that this new and updated version has a much better speaker and is also quite responsive to our commands. Nice update over the earlier versions.
