Going in the wrong direction

I’d say that the old design is more effective even though the new one has the better aesthetics.

BEWARE Music Primer users
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The speaker as such is OK, but one enters into Amazon with this speaker and so any review must also concern Amazon Music. The problem is that Amazon quite recently changed their Music Prime service so that a Amazon Prime subscriber no longer has on-demand listening ability. All that is available is shuffle-only service, much like Pandora. The move intends to force people to purchase the $10/monthly Unlimited plan. So, if you plan to use this speaker for your Amazon Music Prime account, beware. It will not work as you had hoped.

Couldnt even give me a time frame of when i can pick it up. This is ridiculous. Nothing wrong with product (since i havent receied it) best buy is the issue

I buy two and both not conect to ther brands bluetooth Waste over two hour speaking by phone with amazon echo tech support and they can't resolve in anything
