    My son loves his Echo dot. I got the first one ever 3 years ago, he’s 3 now and always asked Alexa to play Pocoyo songs. Now he has his own to enjoy.

    I bought the 5th generation to see how the sound compared to the 3rd and wow. There is a definite sound difference between the 2. These sound much better. They are still not a loudspeaker, but they don't need to be cranked if you link speakers together throughout your home.

    Bought this for my daughter. She wanted the kids version, but it limits everything. This thing is great. She talks to it often and even asks for help with her homework, and to my surprise it is actually helpful

    Very good speaker, Alexa is actually pretty smart and her responses are quick, which is a problem with a lot of smart assistants. Very loud at max volume, very useful.

    It turns on my amazon tv and can do other stuff as well. Play music, turn on lights, turn off electronics as long as you have alexa comoatible bulbs or plugs. Yeah, very satisfied. Also the sound is decent.

    I have an original tower Echo device. The sound quality better on the Echo Dot but the volume doesn't go as high as I would like.
