Bought this on sale during Christmas time to replace my old echo dot. The clock time is nice to have and this design is better.

Love the clock led on the dark and the volume on the speaker

Great sound compare to my other Echo plus got to love the clock feature, I know this is the newer generation, great improvement.

We have other Echo devices which we use regularly, but I really like the idea of having the clock. This is more than I could have hoped. The clock's brightness adjusts based on room light so it's not so bright at night, but it's perfectly viewable at all times. In addition to the clock, it can also display other info (e.g., weather) and the sound quality is very good and much improved from the Echo Dot. This si a very good device.

Much need upgrade from the dot. Sound is nice and love having the clock as well.

The device has an internal room temperature sensor, something the new generation dots do not have. This helps me decide if I need Alexa to adjust the house AC/Heat. Sound quality is very good. It works great as a bedroom alarm clock / radio.

It started with needing an alarm clock and when I noticed how great the sound was I purchased another echo dot 5 without the clock and a sub bass and would do it all over again. The sound on one alone great but I saw the opportunity for a surround sound and I got the other two items. I honestly would go this route if I knew how well they worked instead of the transitional surround sound in my Living room.

Its small yet loud enough for a room. The kids enjoy alexa and the clock always help when the kids het ready for school.

Love the new look of the echo. Purchased this for my daughter. Easy to set up and works well with other Alexa products.

I love it. It functions as my alarm clock now. It is in my bedroom and often use it to listen to podcasts or books. It always shows the correct time and seems to have an auto dim feature so that the time display is not too bright at night. The speaker quality is decent and like how it will display the title of whatever it is that you are listening to. Also like the snooze feature and that it will tell you the weather after you tell Alexa to stop the alarm.

Easy to connect and Alexa understands me when I speak like I’m talking to an actual person. She even understands my slang talk which Siri can never understand or hold a conversation. I’ll be adding several more to my network around the house, because I never realized just how much I actually use Alexa which is much easier than grabbing my phone to Google a question or anything basically.

Sound is great for the small size. Love that it shows song titles and time.
