One of the best benefits of having an online device such as this and a recent generation of it is that you will receive software updates that we roll out with as many compatible features and updates as we can. One thing you can do from time to time to ensure that you have the latest software (which can also possibly address your voice recognition issue) is to say "Alexa, check for updates." Its really awesome being able to just ask alexa to play music or to ask random questions and have it answered immediately. I also have it linked to my tesla so it can start my car or AC with a simple vouce commsnd!

Can turn everything off while im in bed and also play music. And the clock is awesome when i wake up in the middle of the night and have to calculate the number of minutes til i have to get up :(
