New Echo Plus is better than the Echo Plus we got before. Better speakers and design .

I humbly returned the HomePod a week after it came out because I couldn’t justify its use and benefit for the full cost. At the time I was tempted to buy 3 echos to replace it. (Instead got 3 dots for the house). Glad I waited for amazon to make a competitor with better sound, and swooped up this echo plus on sale this holiday season. Sound is decent, not as bassy as HomePod was, but I have a surround sound system in my living room for that. This fills up my hallway, kitchen, and dining room with enough (not crappy sound) that almost fills up these rooms. Apple allowing Apple Music echos is a plus now, too. Syncing my iphone with Bluetooth was easy...just be sure to “Alexa disconnect iPhone” before walking away!!

Bought this for Mother in Law who has memory issues. Is very helpful in helping her get through her day by reminding her of up coming events, to take her medication and changes to her normal schedule. Avoid a lot of fights about you did not tell me. Plus great she can ask it as many times as she needs with out it getting mad at her.

Very happy with this purchase. I use it everyday and the sound is great. Great bass.

Improved sound over previous generations. Great features such as speaker pairing with a second echo plus and or subwoofer. Also features a hub to control smart devices. Overall very satisfied.

This product is amazing easy to connect with practically every smart thing I have in my apartment even my 65' Westinghouse Roku smart 4K TV. Happy with it would purchase again got it on sale also for half price if you thinking of it go ahead and buy won't be disappointed

We use this Echo Plus in our open kitchen with Great Room. It helps us keep our grocery lists, play music, or answer the occasional family fact disagreement. The sound quality is better than we expected. Not as good as our Bose or UE devices but still great quality sound. The only issue we have is with connecting to different phones. Alexa won’t disconnect verbally. You have to go into the Alexa App to disconnect the previous device before connecting to the new device. Overall, it’s a great additional to our family network. We are still playing with all the routines and adding additional smart devices as we go along.

Easy to set up. It sounds good. Its small enough to set almost anywhere.

Better, wider speaker. Dolby engineers did a good job. Having the on board hub (Zigby) makes it a lot easier to add simple wireless devices without needing another hub. Worth the money.

My sister and I got this as a Christmas present for our mother. She loves it. Music plays loud and clear and we even synchronized it to control the lighting in the living room. No issues so far!

Wife loves it. Perfect for kitchen and homework table. Great sound and design.
