This has been our first experience with an Echo and we are sold. My daughter is using it in her apartment and had purchased a number of smart plugs.

When I was trying to synchronized the Echo Plus to my phone in Spanish it was a little confusing, not to mention how to set the music. I wished the volume level would be higher, not loud enough when you have it in one room and then try to listen in a different room.

I am still learning all the capabilities and plan to use it for keeping track of shopping lists and the like. Also useful in making purchases from Amazon

I bought this Echo Plus 2nd gen for my wife. She loves it and plays music well into the evening. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Works really well with the majority of smart devices. Sometimes have to use other apps but a lot of neat applications for this device.

At first, I was excited about the unit and light bulb however, I found out that certain types of music was connected to my prime account and they were charging me every month. I wish that the salesperson would have told me that information. P Oates

Alexa is by far the best product out there. You can link up your amazon account and smart products as well,Like a camera system.

Pretty cool gadget. The lightbulb is neat. It is good for hands-free cooking and hanging out in the garden.

This product is super. She wakes me up, tells jokes, helps with spelling and even predicted who is going to win the super bowl, wow.

I love having this! The convenience of voice commands and being able to control lighting away from home is a bonus!

Like the product however I did not receive the free light bulb. I saw it advised with it but my salesperson said I couldn’t get it.
