Got this for my son for his birthday. He loves it. That’s all that matters. Hopefully you’ll like yours too.

Bought this product with high hopes. It stopped responding without pushing the button or unplugging and plugging it back in. Called Amazon and their customer support was AWFUL! All they suggested was unplugging and resetting. After the second time with the same issue we returned it to Best Buy and got a new one. Rinse and repeat...lasted 2 days and same issue. Each time we called Amazon they were clearly reading off a script because they didn’t listen to anything we’d say and when told unplugging it didn’t fix it they said, “Ok...I want you to unplug it and see if that fixes it.” After two Echo Pluses from Best Buy and a replacement from Amazon directly, the same issue kept happening and in multiple locations in the house so we returned it and went with a Dot which has worked great! Also, this was supposed to work as a hub for extra smart devices like the light bulbs it came with. None of the three actually did so we had to buy a Phillips Hue Hub to get our bulbs to work. Overall, doesn’t work as advertised, stops working every 2-3 days after a reset, and Amazon’s customer support is horrible! Stay away and just buy the cheaper Echo Dot.

My mom lovesss her new echo. Keeps her busy and entertained with daily jokes. Would recommend.

I love my Echo. It was easy to set up and integrates well with my Ring security system.

no complaints it has been good so far i set it close to my tv so it has a hard time hearing me sometimes but thats about it

I love my Alexa when I get home I can relax every evening. I just Alexa what I want to play and she gets it right away

Easy setup. Works as advertized. I was not expecting such a high quality product, but that is what I got. Fast and courtios.

Alexa is fun and funny . I enjoy just saying alexa and have the song played with the volume that i want to hear .

This device helps in so many ways...from being an assistant all the way to have someone to talk to when your all alone...

If you want a personal secretary, you have to have one of these Echo's! It is one of the best things I have bought in years!

Great for using as a alarm clock, light timer, scores of sport teams, Trivia questions , music, weather and more.

Got this for the house and is convenient and fun to use. I will be adding more to this unit for more uses.

This device works fine, but there are some courtesies you may need to relearn. If you leave the house, the alarm function you may have set will probably go off, leaving people who aren't recognized by the device no option other than to unplug it...

Loved installing it for grandpa and having the possibility to have the lights without the extra gadget to connect them. I rated 4 stars because the app wasn’t very intuitive to use, specially for grandpa. Once it was installed it was all fine.
