It is synced up to my tv and phone which is incredibly helpful. It is so helpful for an alarm and to listen to music while I clean. It has great sound quality and is very loud!

Good entry level Alexa Speaker

It is a little less expensive than the Echo Dot, and for my purposes does not have worse sound. It cannot handle volumes as high as the dot can, but quite frankly if you are wanting a speaker that plays at higher volumes you should be looking at the full fledged Echo speaker, and skip both the dot and pop completely.
