    Was disappointed that this item was OOS at the store (it was supposed to be free with my TV purchase) and the guys at the store did not offer me anything as a replacement - basicly they were saying tough sh.. - i chatted with CSR online & they gave me a gift card to purchase online. I feel the store could have handled this better but kudos to online CSR!!

    Initial set up was a pain. After that? No problems at all. Works great and sounds good. It is not the item, it was the "App" so Happy with the purchase.
