To improve voice recognition, try positioning your Echo Pop away from walls, speakers, or other sources of noise, and ensure it's not placed near air vents or fans. For better responsiveness, you can also try a factory reset by pressing and holding the Action button for 25 seconds. Regarding volume control, while the Echo Pop has 10 volume levels, you can make fine adjustments by using specific voice commands like "Alexa, volume 1" or "Alexa, volume 2" for the lowest settings. You can also adjust the volume precisely through the Alexa app by going to Devices > Echo & Alexa > selecting your Echo Pop > Settings > Audio Settings.
