I have noticed a improvement in quality when calling my parents. This item is relatively new and it’s gone down to $199.00 already. I’ve got the difference in price after purchasing it for $249.00. Thanks to Best Buy for the price difference policy. I will by another when price drops again. As for the screen that follows you around you can enable or disable that function you get used to that pretty quick anyways. It actually does come in handy when you might be walking around the room talking to family.

I have the Amazon Echo 8 but after seeing a friend’s Echo Show 10 I didn’t have a problem knowing that I wanted the 10 for my den. I love having the pictures changing and playing all day. The quality of the pictures is outstanding! I have been watching YouTube videos to see all the things that I can do with the 10. I love my new Show 10 and everyone that comes in my house notices the pictures, music or quality. Great buy!

Its a nice machine with nice sound! It has room for improvements. The AI and features could've been revamped. Its pretty much the exact same thing as Gen 2 only it moves and follows you.

The whole family loves having Alexa on the counter. Especially with the 10in screen display all the family’s favorite photos. When your cooking dinner your favorite songs and recipes are right at the sound of your voice. The family games are awesome too

Great to communicate with my Dad after recovering from surgery at the age of 81. Nice big picture zooms in and out and the speakers are incredible. You can use the screen to share photos and family memories. We also use it to set reminders.
