Love my Echo Show 10 for sound & picture. It 'moves with you' but when I stop it stops facing over my left shoulder. Attempted to adjust. Exchanged. Next one same thing. Turned off the motion as it was too weird. Wish Alexa would stop talking back to me as if it were my friend but that isn't Best Buy it's Amazon...agh!!! Try referring to it by some other name, we call it Sally, so it won't butt into your conversations.

This is the third one purchased in the last 3 to months. Love that 3rd generation was less expensive than the 2nd generation. More technology at a lower cost! That’s a win all the way around. I use it daily to check on my elderly mother in another state. She lives alone, and calls me often on her device to show me things. The 3rd generation bonus, is it actually follows her around the room.

Works as expected. Very useful when working in the kitchen area. Only thing is I would like to see an option as to what appears on the home screen. If this is available, I haven't found it yet.

Sound quality is just amazing, I was debating between this and the bigger screen one but the audio quality in the bigger one is absolutely horrendous. Get this if you into playing music and listening to videos.

This is the third Echo 10 I have purchased. This one is a Christmas gift for my neighbor. I have two that I use daily and love them. The quality of the video is excellent. The speaker is a little disappointing for such a big size but adequate. I love the motion. It takes a bit to get used to setting it correctly but I now can get my desired areas covered.

It was a great purchase!!! Camera is nice and clear, I’m still learning how to use all the apps but I am happy with my purchase…

Love this device, I tried some of the google assistant devices and I didn’t like them at all. But Alexa devices are so much better. I found the setup being very user friendly and Alexa is very responsive to voice commands. If you have prime video you have access to movies, tv shows, and of your shopping is easier on your Amazon account. I just love my echo show device.

Exactly what you would expect from an Amazon Alexa product in terms of functionality, speakers are great with good bass but nothing exceptional. I liked how intuitive and customizable the homescreen and display is, but it is a little slow, the only thing that impedes me from rating it 5 stars.

I BOUGHT IT FOR MY PARENTS AS A GIFT IT WAS THE BEST GIFT EVER TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE MUCH EASIER

Absolutely love my Alexa. I bought four of them four years ago for my family that live out of town could not live without it. My mother and daughter love theirs. The only thing is it just randomly broke, but I guess four years is good. Use for an electronic used daily, I like the new style better because in the old style, I had to buy two different stands because it just was flat and sat on the counter. I have another Alexa in my bedroom. I am very happy with any Alexa

It is the best smart speaker in the market by far—a high-resolution camera, great speaker quality, and most importantly, an unbelievable motion sensor. One more note is about Best Buy's awesome customer service. This device was on sale for $200, bundled with a smart bulb (a $15 value). Since Best Buy did not have the smart bulb in stock, they gave me an extra $15 discount.

The motion feature is really cool, of course still need to be perfected, which I am sure will be updated on software updates. The mics of the other echos we have are more sensitive to wake word, sometimes I have had to speak louder to get it respond. The fact that I can drop in OR even be able connect and l view the cam like a security camera from anywhere is really great. Now only if this could walk and carry thing!! :)

Both my parents are elderly, and i have set up this to where they can call me anytime they like in case of an emergency. I can also check in on them throughout the day to make sure they are safe.

Set up was easy. I like how it follows you when you are having online conversations so that you're not stationed in one place. The display makes things easy to read, I like to use it while cooking and searching for recipes.
