Ordered online 1/26/2021 and received on Feb 26/2021. The unit became available on Feb/25/2021. Installation was easy as long as you follow the on screen directions. The only thing I have found is the music will not play on the Echo Show 10 if you are using the Alexa app. Very happy with Best Buy and the service they provide.

The video and sound quality is fantastic. It is a great companion to have in the kitchen for music and hands free cooking recipes. I liked this device so much I bought one for my dad, who is in his 80s, so we can do video calls with him. Anyone with the Alex app (including Apple devices) can now video call him (as this device is so easy to use). It has really helped him feel more connected during the pandemic.

Got this as a birthday gift to use in my kitchen when I am cooking and want to listen to music, follow recipes, use the timer or see what’s on our family calendar.

The speaker and ability to adjust the screen angles is a significant improvement over former Echo Show models. The screen moving to follow you is slightly creepy but a cool feature if you are interacting with someone while moving around in your room.

Got this as a gift for my dad. He loves it. The way it follows him when he’s talking makes it easier for him to use since he’s not very mobile. The big screen is easy to see and video chat with. I debated between this one and the similar google version, but I’m glad I went with this one.

Bought this thing to be able to communicate with my elderly mother in law and it works amazing! Easy to use and even made it bilingual so she a (75 yr old woman) can use it without any issues as well!

It works great, still have a lot to learn about it. There are a lot of features and the sound quality is beautiful.

This is a step up from the original echo show that I have. I love the fact that I don't have to sit stationary while using it as it follows me. This allows me to continue to get other things done while I use it for video chatting.

I'm in love with this product. When I can't reach areas withy other camera I use this camera.

Love my Alexa screen. When you talk to her she moves to face you to hear you better. She turns my lights off and on. Changes my thermostat when asked. Answers all my questions. She also does a little dance when i thank her for her help. Lol

Works amazing. Best thing to set timers and alarms. Connects easily to your devices so it can be controlled. The kids enjoy playing music and video calling. Recommend

I highly recommend the Echo Show 10. It has lots of helpful features that help me on a daily basis. My favorite is the picture slideshow I get to see daily.

I love my Show. It’s so much stuff to learn. I enjoy watching movies or tv shows on is. I’ve learned that you can change the name from Alexa, to Echo, to Computer. I had to change it anyway, because all of my Alexa devices answered at the same time. I’m enjoying it!

So easy to set up and works with the other devices. Easy to see and it detects the position of your voice and turns the screen to that direction.

The technology of this product is awesome. Being able to talk with family, friends and others has been so easy while im cooking. Ability to play music while cleaning and walking around house, I love it!

Good sound and responses but doesnot respond all the time and sometimes goes in no respons

Alexa works well and will follow you as you move around the room.

We are finding it to be a great tool to have sitting between our living room and Kitchen. The fact it "spins" to follow you is great when cooking. We have multiple Outdoor blink Cameras and it works nicely to view the different cameras.

Installation is relatively simple and speaker sound is quite impressive. Well worth the price compared to Sonos or various other devices. Recommended and liking the new design, screen size, follow feature vs. the Echo Show 8 or Echo Show 5.
