This is my first echo purchase. So far everything seem to be working. I really purchased to do videos call with family members, being that all cellphone now offer video call but having a bigger device to do this is way better, specially for my grandparents which are not tech savvy...

. Works great in the kitchen. Just haven’t used it to it’s full potential yet

I have this Alexa in my kitchen I have it connected to my ring door bell I luv it I honestly don’t have no complaints

The echo show 8 got my 5-star rating and I have one in each bedroom at home. The echo show 10 goes in the kitchen. But although it has a bigger screen and bigger speaker, it doesn’t live up to its design and potential. The motion is choppy and the screen following is poor. You can ask “Alexa, motion off”; and it would reply “motion is now off” but the screen would still move. Repeat this about 4-5 times and motion MAY really be off. Screen following is the same way. Wake word sensitivity is poor. Sometimes you have to shout at it to wake it. This is opposite of the 8, which you can whisper to it and it would whisper back Often I would say “Alexa” in the kitchen and the ones in the bedrooms would answer instead. prompting me to have to change the wake word for the ones in the bedrooms. This creates another small problem, I have to remember to say “Echo” in the bedrooms instead of “Aleaxa”. Drifting off to sleep and saying “Alexa, lights off” only to remember: you are in the bedroom. Comical but annoying at the same time. Speaker is great. Better than the 8 for obvious reason. That and the bigger screen are still not enough to justify its price in term of value when compared to the 8, which is at a fraction of the price. The first one I brought home has the seal broken so I thought may be it was defective, so exchanged it for another one. Same problems. So looking like a design or software problem. Still debating if the better sound and bigger screen are worth the annoyances. May be the next generation would be better.

I purchased this Alexa product to make it easy to view my Ring door bell instead of pulling up live views and recording on my Ringdoor bell app. It certainly does make it easier and also there is tons of other features

I like the new echo show. It’s better than the older versions. I don’t think it does a good job following you around. Doesn’t seem to know where to land. Other than that I love it because it has great speakers the sound is remarkable.

Only model with stand, camera can follow you, the eight has a better speaker but the speaker is better than the 10

It works so well, tells stories, give you recipe, alerts you in regards to your ring camera. The speaker is phenomenal

This product is very easy to use. I reall really love it.

we like it a lot we can play with it and the screen size is enough, now we can see our family and friends without the need for the phone

First time getting it and it was worth it. Clear sound and image. Recommend!

If youre the type of person to make a list for everything, write down your every move or just love orginzation overall — THIS IS FOR YOU. It tells me the weather every morning while I make coffee. It alerts me when I should be walking out the door for work. There are fun surveys to help personalize it to your taste. This device has honestly helped in so many ways, I will forever use it!

I love it....it has alit of features, the works great, it sounds amazing , has more options than my last ones ,,, phone options, radio stations, You name it , I love this ALEXA ECHO... the best yet....

Really great Echo Show. Does everything you can think of. Sometimes I have to slow it up because of everything it's trying to tell me or show me. I have 2. One in the bedroom and one in my office.

Echo Show is cool upgrade from the last one. It’s nice when Alexa turns to “face” the one speaking. Great picture quality and quite accurate response results. I would recommend it.
