It is exceptional the color is the best I have ever seen soo clear. The voice for Alexa is very clear as well. Thinking of buying another one to put in office has a great reminder and alarm clock

Making you smarter but introverted

Hopefully will fix that on Alexas future update

Upgrade from 1st generation Echo Show

Overall this is a great improvement. Loading times on video are shorter and the motion display is handy when we video chat. Other time the motion is not needed, but it is disabled when the camera is closed, so we just keep it closed when not on a call. The only downfall seems to be the mic. not always picking up on calling Alexa. We find ourselves yelling at her to wake up. I don't recall having to repeat myself so muck on our first gen. model. Overall this is a great upgrade from the original model.
