Love the communication features

The family loves the Drop In feature to communicate with him. Captions can be turned on and the speaker level can be raised to accommodate his severe hearing loss. My dad loves looking at the photo display from my Amazon account. Well worth the money!

Also great for video calls no need to stand in one place be cause of the motion sensor. If you like other echo devices you'll definitely love thus one ,Highly recommend this purchase! My only complaint would be ,I feel it should have a black power cord and not the white one that comes with the black unit,
