Posted .Hello KrystalM! I am very sorry to hear that your Echo Show 10 is starting to have trouble. There are a couple of troubleshooting steps you could try to see if this can be resolved or you can contact Amazon Customer Support directly at 888.280.4331 to troubleshoot further. My advice to try before calling would be as follows: 1.) Try to power cycle the device. You can do this by pressing and holding the Mute button until a screen comes up asking if you would like to turn off your Show. Tap Yes and then after about 20-30 seconds, press and hold the Mute button again until you see the screen come on and the Amazon logo comes up. You can also accomplish this by unplugging the device and counting to 30 seconds and plugging it back in. See if this helps improve the system. 2.) After that, try to see if there are any software updates pending that need to be applied. You can check this by swiping down from the top of the screen, tapping Settings, Device Options, About, and then Check for Software Updates. If there is an update pending, it will download it and then install and restart the device. If neither of these steps help improve your experience, then I would recommend reaching out to the number above so we can assist further.
