Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am writing this review 18 months after purchasing this Amazon Echo Show 10 because people should know that after 18 months of working fine it has now crapped out. It suddenly lost internet connection and won’t reconnect. I have done everything, even a factory reset but even that didn’t work. After about 30 minutes of searching for my network it finally found it but won’t connect. It just says my network is “out of range”. It’s in the same house, in the same spot and the same internet it has always been connected to but yet it says out of range. It will not get past this part. After a google search for this issue I found on Reddit a lot of people are saying there’s has done this same exact thing less than 2 years after getting the device. They have called Amazon for assistance and they can’t fix the issue but offer people a 15% or 20% discount on a new one. That’s not acceptable in my opinion as others also thought the same. So be aware if you buy this device it may stop working in less than 2 years. Note….I had an Echo Show 8 that I bought in 2019, my dad has it now but it is stil going!
