It had problems with the vision tracking and the mic in it was pretty deaf. We replaced it with our old Echo Studio and have been happier.

I received the echo show 10 as a birthday gift. It took awhile to set it up only to realize that it doesn’t do what I expected it to do. I can’t facetime or utilize my YouTube tv subscription- I honestly can’t find a reason for having it. I am one day over the return period. I find it useless and I am extremely disappointed in its available functions. I am giving it 1 star because I have to give a rating. Best Buy return policy needs to be more flexible. I won’t be buying anything from them again

It is just not for me, in the area of easy to move because of it's bulky acquired design it was not easy. If you plan to have this device stationary in a permanent spot then is for you.

While I can completely agree that the Echo Dot is an amazing smart speaker, I hope I can help with some of the things you can do using the screen on your Echo Show 10 as well! The audio experience is the best of all of the Echo Show devices and is only surpassed in quality of 3D spatial audio by the Echo Studio. That being said, here are some additional things you can explore on your Echo Show 10. 1.) You can use it as a cooking assistant hands free in the kitchen by asking for recipes while having the motion follow you so you can keep an eye on the screen and video while cooking. 2.) You can use it also as a handsfree streaming screen for use with Alexa Skills (apps) like Netflix and Hulu and Prime Video. 3.) You can conduct video calls with anyone that has an Alexa device or Alexa app on their smartphone and maintain eye contact while moving around a room since the motion will follow you as you move. This works with Alexa Skills like Zoom as well!. 4.) You can have Alexa Widgets that you can customize to your needs by swiping to the left from the right side of the screen for organizational items such as To-Do Lists and Calendars. I hope this helps give you a few more ways you can utilize the screen and maximize the utility of it as an item of convenience and function.
