Can't take it back to store because i threw away the box. So now i stuck with 200.00 worth of junk.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your Echo Show 10. I have a few things you can try to resolve the issues you are having with sound quality:
-Reboot the device. This could help provide better quality sound.
-Check the volume level on your device. On top of the screen there is a + and a - button. These will help raise and lower the volume. With the 2.1 system, you should have plenty of sound to fill a room.
-Adjust the equalizer on the device. You can do that by following these instructions:
1. On the Echo Show home screen, swipe down, then tap Settings.
2. Tap Sounds.
3. Tap Equalizer.
4. Adjust treble, mid-range, or bass to your heart's content.
If you are wanting even more sound and have other Echo devices, you can use the multi room music feature with them. Here is how to do that:
1. Open the Alexa app .
2. Open Devices .
3. Select , and then select Combine Speakers.
4. Select Multi-room music.
5. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the setup.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my Amazon-Echo 10 because it's just the right size, shows a choice of really delightful screens, and has an HD Smart Display with Motion and Alexa which will turn towards you when you call that name. I'd be lost without the very pleasant female voice because "she" can answer almost any question, comes up with all kinds of ideas for jokes, games, serious questions, spellings, etc. Can come up with recipes in a split second, play a lullaby for you to get to sleep, and then gently awaken you at your request. It's a very pleasant talking encyclopedia!

Alexa app less intuitive and required a few hours of help. Video and camera can be accidentally easily turned off/on; desired better tamper resistsnt design for the elderly and children. Chose for rotating base over the 8 inch echo show.
