I'm not happy with it, it doesn't connect my internet and i still not able to use it, and always is saying something like, an error has occurred, contact customer support

Love my show so much....and so do my friends. A couple of my friend want the echo show now that they've seen mine in action. I use mine in the kitchen for recipes, to set timers, play music, listen to the latest news check the temperature and my list could go on. and on

I love it! I put it in my kitchen and it’s perfect for watching cooking videos on YouTube. I can tell Alexa to pause the video without have to touch the screen with dirty hands. The speaker is loud enough where I can hear it throughout the first floor of the house. The only con I’ve found so far is that if someone else walks in the kitchen it will turn the screen towards them but this is easily bypassed by turning off the motion detector.

This thing is great. I gave it 3 stars because of advertising. Stuck with a useless adds that can't be turned off....remember the phones before you could purchase unlock ones. Same premise here, you get tons of adds and there's nothing you can do about it. Of course this information is not displayed anywhere, you find out after purchasing item. Also, I'm not to comfortable with everything that you do with this unit will be on Amazon's servers. Also unlike the Google Nest Hub you cannot make calls directly from it. In order to make calls from you contact list you must share your number which in my case Verizon wants $5.00 dollars a month for this service. You can add up to 10 numbers from your contact list without the number sharing. Just maybe returning it since my only purpose for going with Echo was to integrate my Ring cameras, but since I can do the same from my phone, it pretty much renders this a $249.00 waste of money.

I upgraded to the Echo Show 10 from an old Echo with no screen. The screen seemed like a cool feature, and it is, but Alexa is still as dumb as ever. And now Amazon has bolted a screen to her... So many of the functions are not intuitive. It's okay, and fun to have videos on while cooking, but I find myself getting stuck in broken menus and struggling to get Alexa to do what I'm asking.

With home monitoring enabled on your device, you can use the camera of your Echo Show as a smart home camera. Securely view the camera feed remotely from the Alexa app or other connected devices linked to your Amazon account thats the reason i bought this product

Love the bigger screen and the high definition and awesome sound! The way the screen rotates to follow you is great!

I purchased the Facebook Portal several years ago and she used it daily until the services were discontinued. Luckily during the Christmas holidays, I was able to purchase the last echo show at the last minute in store. She loves it it even more

Love my Echo Show 10. PErfect for viewing my new five camera security set up, but so many more features. Like a robotic assistant in my kitchen! Phone calls with ease, photo show and now my grocery list is always organic. Love my Show!

Great sound, great image. Too bad you cannot download apps or make video calls. You can only make video calls to someone who has an Echo show. But overall love it, my best companion when cooking or washing dishes.

Over all amazing except when I accidentally press to talk for every thing I do. Great sound quality I amazed every on when I told Alexa to take a picture. Still have alot to learn on how to use it better

We absolutely love our Echo Show 10. I bought two, one for my wife and one for her mother who we do not get to see very often. They video chat all the time, it’s great! Not ti mention a nice sound for music, videos, or azon Orime TV!

The speaker is good, but light on the bass. Screen looks great, haven't had time to really set up a dash board yet, hoping that will help with functionality for the family.

Works fine for our family, big enough screen, able to store our different grocery lists and so on. Well satisfied with this product would highly recommend this product.

This is very much worth it, *btw* if you purchase the solar path lights this works as a bridge. I love all the features it offers plus the big screen.

We had issues with the camera security feature of the show 10 for over 3 weeks. The option to pan our camera stopped working all most immediately after we started using the show 10. Sent several request for service to amazon, but didn't get any return helpful reply until about a week ago when show 10 started working again. I believe it had something to do with a push update that had a bug in it.
