I have other older Echo Shows that work perfect in my house . Recommend gtting an older version that doesn't follow you

Posted .Hello Suat! I am so sorry for the experience you are having with your Show 10. It seems like you have already troubleshot with Customer Support some on this as well. Without knowing any more details, the other recommendation I would offer is to factory reset your device entirely and go through the setup process again. You can do this by pressing and holding Mute and Volume Down simultaneously and not letting go of those buttons until you see it power down, power up, and either say Factory Reset or come back up with the Amazon Logo. The whole reboot should take roughly 30-60 seconds to begin the factory reset. I hope this helps as I can understand how this would be frustrating. Have a wonderful day!

It is DEFINITELY NOT worth $249. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

He has a Kindle Fire, Amazon account and uses Alexa daily. With four adults there, they cannot get it to work. Made him an appt at Best Buy Geek Squad, but apparently it is so difficult to set up that they do not know how either. So, basically, it is just a clock. He did connect it to WiFi and his new AirPods, but he cannot video call anyone, connect to the internet or anything. He presses communication, then call, but he doesn't have any contacts and when he uses the "dialer" it just says it cannot call. If he asks Alexa anything, she says she cannot do it (including go to the internet, go the Alexa app, etc). It does not actually come with the Alexa app built in. Unless you have other Echo products and the Alexa app on a smartphone, this is useless.

Then, no-one at Best Buy Customer Service will offer to take responsibilty and correct the situation. Best Buy is apparently just fine with their shipping regimen...
