Don’t make video calls using other social medias.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After setting up the echo show 15 on my kitchen I called customer service to help me because I was unable to make video calls. They told me that Echo’s can only make video calls to another Echo. For this reason I’m change for a Facebook portal that have a big screen, the same functions and I can make video calls using messenger or WhatsApp.

Failed after 2 years; now an ugly $250 Paperweight

I began disliking ALL the echo devices when Amazon started forcing Ads to be displayed on devices with screens. The nail in the coffin is that in July of 2024, seemingly with no explanation, the device would fail to boot properly. After contacting Amazon support, I was told I would have to buy a new one because the warranty expired in 2023. For a now (at the time of reviewing) $280 device, I would have expected more longevity. I guess I need to adjust my expectations.

Good Display but Limited Functions

It is a really great and bright screen ans I enjoyed to display pictures as a photo frame. The other finction such as widgets could be better, there are a lot of potentials for a big screen like this and it shouldn’t be just have the same smart function as the other show products.

Echo Show 15 is AMAZING

I wish the speakers were around the frame facing toward you rather than on the back of the unit. Love the large display, the picture frame photo slide and the picture is beautiful.
