Great Tool to keep family on track

You can have the family calendar up along with your shopping list and your to do list as well as scrolling family pictures. The speaker is very good so watching Netflix or Hulu in the kitchen is a real option.

Great Addition to ECHO Family

Fairly big disaster, Amazon failures

Huge runaround at Amazon [2+ hours, 4 agents] (and also sent to BestBuy) only to be told only the person registered on the device can return it. Not the person who bought it (it was a gift). Amazon making an absolute mess of standing behind their product. And while my datapoint is just a single tiny one in the masses... screen failing after three months is not a good look either. I wouldn't buy the show or likely any Amazon products again after that mess. And probably best to not do so at BB if you have to (BB will take company returns for many companies, but not Amazon [competitor?]) (still under Amazon warranty). Now I have to take my brother's valuable time to try to get the return pushed through... and after all the time I've spent running around (including with Amazon agents who had very poor understanding of English in their chat [and is also hard to even find the link to initiate the chat), I don't have high hopes. Disaster. Mainly on Amazon. BestBuy was comparatively friendly and tried their best to help.
