Very difficult to program. Seems like they rushed to market with this product. Can’t figure out how 1/2 the functions work.

The speakers are not as great as the other Echo devices however you have to take into account how slim the device is. Works well as my home hub.

Ended up going back to BB for two of the smaller ones for less price than this one. Pity, as I was looking forward to it. Just too heavy.

The previous one had an awesome speaker and would rotate. This one is very nice, but more like just having a tablet with Alexa.
