We bought this device as a way to have an easy way to see baby cameras as well as door ring cameras in the kitchen. This products fails to monitor these miserably. Nanit baby monitor, mini Blink, Ring, all are constantly buffering or just close down after short period of time. Native apps do not have any problems on phones, iPads, or PCs. It is defintely Echo or Amazon communication quality. Money wasted. We have no other use for this.

I Had the echo 5,8& 10 but this one is a big disappointment is just a bigger screen with a lot of limitations from amazon in order to make more money. I like the echo 8 more.

It didn't responded correctly to questions asked. No matter how many times you repeated it have different answers.

Doesn’t support most streaming apps, glitches, doesnt listen. So many more.

I bought this at BB and only after 3 months it died. I was replacing an Alexa that I've had for years. So this one is a piece of crap

Screen froze a few months after buying it and now it will not turn on.

Constantly leaving netflix and returning to home screen

One of the best purchases, I’ve made this year! It is a great assistant for reminders, play ing your favorite music, looking up recipes, there is just not much this thing won’t do! Oh did I mention it’s a tv TOO! If you don’t have it, get it! You won’t be sorry!

I was looking for a digital photo frame and came across this. It rotates pictures beautifully through Amazon photos and does so much more. I love the huge screen. I made a photo album in my phone called Echo Show and drop pictures in to it to automatically upload to the Echo. I use it to stream shows when the other TVs are taken but still want to be in the same room. It also connected to the other Alexa devices to play surround sound music. I do wish the stand came with it and that the cord was longer. Buying the stand and extended cord to be able to use it was a disappointment.

It is super easy to use and I added to my wall of pictures so it just looks like another picture frame!

Love it actually what I expected, I own several echo shows and this one is my favorite.

Love it! Plan to use the calendar and can’t wait to watch Netflix while I work in our kitchen!

Great product, easy install. So much you can do with it.

This is my 5th Echo Show device, I've had many echo devices going back to the original cylinder when it came out. Where this truly shines is its screen, the resolution is great. From my first show I had created a slideshow through Amazon Photos. This was a gift to my parents ahead of the holidays. It became the hit of their small family gatherings (covid after all). Everyone marveled at the quality of the photos being shown, some 50+ years old. They sat and stared at the photos and took great pride in talking about each one and recalling the memories. A few other things to point out, the ability to show cameras is great, a much bigger screen and easier to see. The shopping list being shown as a widget is great, easy to add items. I have it paired to an echo printer so the shopping list can be printed as they head out to go shopping. The only things I'd change, the new Echo AQI sensor doesn't show up natively on the screen. And with all the real estate on the screen the inability to link a device like Purple Air or personal weather stations is a miss. Often times the weather that devices like this pull can be miles away from the location. I also wish that Google and Amazon would come to an agreement to let YouTube TV stream on it.

I would be lost without this thing. I have my schedule all organized and feel so much more at ease every day! Just buy it!

Best Alexa version I have ever purchased , has so many things to do it perfect for everyone I’m the house

I bought this for my wife for christmas and i was a little hesitant because she is a not tech savy. But this is very user friendly. She loves using it in her office.
