    This is my 4th alexa device. I put this in my kitchen. It's great for showing me recipes while cooking, or watching something while cooking. All the additional things It's capable of is what I like about the devices. I have a lot of smarthome devices that are easily controlled by these devices.

    The device itself is very sleek and fits well under our kitchen cabinets (Amazon aftermarket hanger). Likes: The size is perfect. Uploading photos is very user friendly and the pictures are crystal clear. Voice commands are OK. Dislikes: As someone that is using this with an infant, the app is NOT friendly with Nanit. Alexa will respond and show "uploading" for the crib and quickly exit the app. Upon a 2nd attempt, the app will work for a short while. If you stay in Nanit or another wifi pulling application, we have noticed the device freezing lately. When this happens and the voice commands are non-responsive, we've resorted to unplugging the unit for 5min. to reset. Hopefully a faulty unit and will be taking back to BestBuy for a swap out. Time will tell..

    I’d like to start off by saying, this is such a beautiful tablet. I put it in the kitchen, on the counter and received so many compliments. I liked how I could watch Netflix while cooking and speak to it to add to my grocery list etc. However , I started having issues where it would freeze and the remote would stop working. Unfortunately this tablet doesn’t have a lot to offer and some things can not be accessed without having the remote. I purchased another remote on Amazon , and still didn’t fix the issue so I returned it and purchased a new one and again months later I had the same issues .. beautiful tablet , not enough functions and overpriced for it’s functionality. I just ordered the echo show (the newest one) and I am hoping to love it. Hope this helps
