The amazon has now started sounding muffled and there is nothing that is causing it on the outside. This is only 6 months old i bought it in july

I'm sorry to hear that your device has started experiencing audio and responsiveness issues after only six months—this should not happen. Try these troubleshooting steps: restart your Echo Show 15 by unplugging it for 30 seconds, ensure you have a strong internet connection, clean the microphone and speaker areas with a soft dry cloth, and check for software updates in Settings > Device Options > System Updates. If these steps don't resolve the muffled audio and responsiveness problems, the device may have a hardware defect. Since you purchased this in July and it's only six months old, it should still be under the standard one-year Amazon warranty. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I apologize for the frustration this has caused.

For example have not found a way to not have it time out when we want to play music for the pets when we are away. There are limited apps you can place on the device and some like being able to share my recipes from my apple device is frustrating
