Problems with everything from voice recognition to loading the calendar. Bought this for my wife for Christmas as she wanted somewhere convenient to check our schedules and it's been a headache. You whisper to it at night and it responds at full volume, have to repeat yourself several times because it doesn't respond to Alexa. Responds to conversations where Alexa was not said. The Alexa application is not intuitive to use either.

this echo show 15 is amazing, screen clear, very responsive, Love the Large screen and easy to use widgets. It will take a while for me to figure out which widgets I get the most use of, but appreciate the many options that will help me manage my day and home.

Okay, buckle up, Google fanboys and fangirls, because this is a confession. For years, I was a Google Home devotee. I drank the Kool-Aid and wore the Google Home t-shirt (metaphorically, they don't make those, do they?). But then…crickets. New devices? Updates? Google seemed to be napping while the rest of the smart home world was having a rave. So, I did the unthinkable. I gasped, and tried Alexa. I know, I know, I feel a little dirty too. But honestly? This Alexa Show 15 is hanging in my kitchen like it owns the place, and I'm kind of okay with it. The setup was ridiculously easy. I'm still figuring out these "skills" – I'm pretty sure I accidentally ordered 10,000 rubber chickens the other day, but hey, learning is fun! This thing does everything I wanted and more. The picture quality is surprisingly good – I mean, I'm not planning on binge-watching the entire Netflix library on it. Still, it's perfect for quick recipe checks and the occasional cat video. The sound is decent, too, though let's be real: if I'm throwing a kitchen dance party, I'm busting out the big speakers. But for everyday use, it's totally fine. So, yeah. I'm thinking I might become an Alexa convert. Don't tell all of my current Google Home devices, they are still in denial. But seriously, if you're feeling neglected by Google, give Alexa a shot. You might just be surprised. Just watch out for those rubber chickens. They're multiplying.

Great addition to my office! I've been using the Echo Show for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with it. The screen makes such a difference compared to just the regular Echo - being able to see the weather at a glance, watch recipe videos while cooking. My favorite is the music which I use constantly! The sound quality is surprisingly good for its size, and I love being able to ask Alexa to show me my calendar, display photos, or pull up a quick YouTube tutorial. Setting it up was super easy. I had put off setting it up for a few days because I thought it would be hard. It basically worked right out of the box. Overall, it's become a central hub in my office and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to add a smart display to their home!

The product was delivered safely and works beautifully and is more responsive than the older model. It is large enough to use as a separate screen. My only complaint is the lack of an included stand.

The Echo Show 15 was a Christmas gift that we installed in our kitchen for recipes & such. The device worked great, but the remote wouldn't work. I was hoping for a simple solution as I reached out to customer service by phone. I was then directed to go to our local Best Buy. The solution given to us by those in our local store was to BUY another remote ($29+ at our expense) or box up & return the entire product & order another. Since there weren't any in stock, we were told it would be 2 weeks before it would arrive to the store for pick-up, or... We could have it ship to our home within a week. BUT we would be required to pay the shipping. Well, we uninstalled it from our wall, returned the reboxed product (with non-working remote), & paid the $14+ in shipping. We're anxious to get the replacement Echo, but disappointed in the hassle & added expense.

This is my second echo device. I have the echo show 21 which is set up in our kitchen. The Echo show 15 we setup in our dinning room. Both devices work great for watching video, checking the ring cameras. We also have out smart devices connected so we can tell Alexa to start our robo vacuum or turn our smart lights on or off. You can set reminders and check your calender. When we have party you can have the devices stream music to both rooms. Cool devices so much you can do with them.

Since the update to Alexa plus this has been awesome but before the update it was really frustrating me and my girlfriend. I'm so glad for the update otherwise I would have returned the item !!

Went from a google device to this massive work of art. Love the design and the functionality of it, definitely makes day by day activities and reminders a breeze. Not only does it give you reminders and you can set it up on an actual calendar but you can also stream on it with apps such as Netflix when you want to watch something quickly or just show some something on the fly. Don't hesitate you wont be sorry and if you still are unsure do yourself some due diligence go to the store and try it out again love my echo show 15.

Product came in super fast. It works and looks great in our kitchen. My only gripe is that it only comes with a wall mount instead of a stand (i feel it should be the other way around). Other than that would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Great product and easy pick up at the store. Initial set up was kind of rocky but happy with performance.

It appears to have been updated as our other one has the camera in a different spot and didn’t come with a remote. Same quality and functionality. The screen is bright and it functions as a hub for our home. This one went in my mothers new apartment to allow her to see a calendar, the weather, photos, and allow for us to drop in and update her calendar as needed. It shows ads and allows for purchases. I feel like the price is steep.

Easy access if you have something in mind to know just ask Echo to search for you. You will never feel alone.

I love this new addition to our kitchen! Its elevated our day to day tasks and routines while still being very functional.

First thing yes it does have adds that cant be removed. However, I put them on the left 1/3 of the screen. The adds rotate will whatever you want on that side. The other 2/3s I have calendar and two weather apps that are constant with no adds or rotation. This is alot better than the shows! Show has adds add the time on the whole small display.
