Everything is Voice so even with earphones on you have to be loud. I found this video on YouTube with something that works better for us so I will be returning mine https ://youtu.be/oBDf-huQmx0

Love being able to chat hands free with family

Screen broke after 1 year

I bought it to see my front door camera when someone knocked but the amazon show was always too slow. People would leave before I had a chance to see who was knocking.
